I provide on-line 1:1 coaching sessions from the convenience of your own home to suit your busy schedule.
I offer a free initial consultation. You will be listened with respect, confidentiality and non-judgement and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and to decide if I am the correct coach for you. I will also get the opportunity to understand the areas in which you would like to work on by asking some generic questions.
